Unless the service improves, not considering going back.
Great Location, beautiful decoration, good breakfast !
Unfortunately, they make a lot of mistakes in your reservation (wrong room). They seem disorganized with a willingness to do their best but make lots of mistakes: not telling you at what time you can use the spa and trying to help you book a treatment.

Very comfortable bed friendly staff.
Room very good . The bathroom as beautiful the only problem I found was the plug socket in the bathroom was nowhere near a mirror for the hairdryer or for an electric shaver point.
Just the plug socket.

Wonderful
Large room with all amenities Spa with swimming pool Private parking Great breakfast included Location next to a beautiful castle
We were allowed to use the spa in the morning before departure but it was before the official opening hours- so the sauna was not functioning , there were no spa towels available and no one at the spa reception to assist us. Also while I was swimming repairmen entered the area which was uncomfortable.

Spaceous and modern
The staff were charming. Particularly the lovely calm young lady who served our evening meals in the restaurant. Also the lovely young receptionist who helped us sort out our car problems. So helpful. Really nice room, bath, shower and comfy bed.
I was unsure if we could use the swimming pool . Also very few tea bags in the room. Several people have already commented on this so why hasn't it been addressed. In a top end hotel this doesn't seem a very expensive or difficult thing to do to keep clients happy
